Zimbabwean businesswoman and fashion designer Faith Taruvinga will return to Europe this August where she will showcase her winter collection.
Faith who is also popularly known as Chihera last took part at the Taormina International Fashion, Italy in 2018 and this year she is back after she was nominated to represent Zimbabwe.
“I feel excited about going back to Europe after my successful visit in 2018. It’s actually an honour to be nominated again to represent my country.
“I will be showcasing my winter collection,” Faith said.
The Fashion Show will run from August 28 to 30 with some of the best designers across the globe taking part.
Last year, following her visit to Italy, Faith was inspired to launch her own fashion brand called MimiKay.
While there, clinched a big deal with an Italian shoe designer Salvatore Montanucci, which saw MimiKay heels being made in Italy.
Italy is known for genuine leather products such as shoes, belts and bags among others
The two designers will be collaborating on a number of items ranging from clothing, shoes to bags under the MimiKay brand.
Faith said she was happy that her fashion brand MimiKay would finally reach the Italian market famously known for cutting edge fashion and high quality leather wear.
