Presidential aspirant, Saviour Kasukuwere’s bid to contest in the general elections on August 23 hit a snag but remains adamant saying “it is not over yet”.
The former Zanu PF national commissar who is largely touted as the ex-factor in the upcoming elections tweeted that ruling was running scared of free and fair elections.
“They ran away with the boxing ring. They knew I would defeat them hands down. They had to run and hide in the courtrooms.
“Now Zimbabweans know they are unelectable and have no plans for our great country except to steal and loot. It’s not over yet. Aluta Continua,” he tweeted following the dismissal of his appeal by the Supreme Court.
Kasukuwere seems to be pondering his next movie in a thread of tweets.
“Desperation on steroids why is the regime sending ZACC to my family home. What valuation are you carrying out? @edmnangagwa is it a crime to contest you,” he continued.
“Disappointed, and we are now considering our next steps and will keep the nation informed.”
Kasukuwere also posted a picture drawing parallels to the famous American action thriller called Passenger 57.
The 1992 film stars John Cutter, a secret service agent, boards a flight to Los Angeles. However, when a terrorist takes control of the plane, he decides to put an end to the latter’s menace. The film was directed by Kevin Hooks and stars Wesley Snipes and Bruce Payne.
Meanwhile on Kasukuwere’s imaginary thrilling film he coined Passenger 34, inspired by his flight ticket number when he attempted to return to Zimbabwe on June 20, 2023.
He, however didn’t board the flight after he got wind that he would be arrested on arrival.
