A guy called Skyz has dropped his latest single Dada Naye, a love-themed song featuring the soulful sensation, Pauline.
The song is a beautiful combination of some R&B and hip-hop. It talks about a lover who is content about their partner regardless of what people say.
The one good thing about Dada Naye is that Skyz did not try too hard to impress but let the lyrics make you feel his messages even when he drops the rap verses.
On the other hand, Pauline helps to bring those fond memories of R&B with her natural mellow voice.
She does not sing too much but the little parts that she sings it is enough to make the song enjoyable.
The accompanying video also has something to enjoy and like.
Pauline plays the video vixen to Skyz who look decked out in formal jacket.
The visuals add colour to what may already have been a great track. Like they say at times the sophistication is in the simplicity of things. Skyz didn’t rob the bank to shoot this video. This does not mean it’s of less quality but everything played out well in the video.
