Bulawayo — Lights, camera, confidence!
The glamorous Hippopola Resort in Bulawayo was transformed into a runway of ambition and beauty this weekend as 25-year-old Pretty Nyahwema stole the spotlight, sash, and crown at the Miss Business Global Zimbabwe 2025 pageant.
With style, smarts, and undeniable charisma, Pretty clinched the prestigious title—earning the honor of representing Zimbabwe at the Miss Business Global international finale in Vietnam this September.

But this wasn’t just a beauty contest—it was a bold celebration of brains, business, and empowerment.
The evening dazzled with flair and elegance, but beneath the glitz was a strong message: women mean business—literally.
The Miss Business Global Zimbabwe platform goes beyond the catwalk, championing women’s entrepreneurship and leadership across industries.
Organized in collaboration with Truth Academy, the powerhouse grooming and modeling agency known for nurturing future stars, the event brought together aspiring moguls, fashionistas, and changemakers alike.
“This is more than a crown—it’s a platform to empower,” said Khaya, founder of Truth Academy and Bulawayo Provincial Chairman of Boys DzaMdara.
“We’re proud to be shaping women who lead with beauty and vision.”
Pretty Nyahwema wasn’t just serving looks—she brought poise, purpose, and a powerful pitch. With a strong background in business leadership, she captured the judges’ hearts not only with her presence but with her passion for economic empowerment and innovation.

The Miss Business Global Zimbabwe franchise, led by CEO Munyaradzi Zulu and Director Kandororo, delivered a high-energy event that set a new standard for pageants in the country. The dynamic duo’s vision is clear: raise the next generation of business-savvy queens who shine at home and on the global stage.
“Pretty represents the best of Zimbabwean ambition,” said Zulu. “She’s beauty, brilliance, and bold vision all in one.”
The pageant’s international ties were also front and center, with support pouring in from Vietnam, home of the Miss Business Global finale.
Global director Mr. Bezi Tran and his team have opened up international platforms for Zimbabwean talent, placing African excellence under the global spotlight.
As she prepares to jet off to Vietnam, Pretty says she’s ready to take on the world—not just as a model, but as a mission-driven woman.
“This crown is not just mine—it belongs to every young girl dreaming big in Zimbabwe,” she said. “I’m going to Vietnam with our hopes, our stories, and our power.”
From the runway lights of Bulawayo to the world stage, Pretty Nyahwema is living proof that glamour and grit go hand in hand. Her reign promises not only red carpets and photo ops—but real conversations about women in business, innovation, and leadership.
