Morgan Heritage released their single Just A Number on Friday 27 January 2023 produced by Kareem “Remus” Burrell.
The single debuted on #1 on the iTunes Reggae charts. Link youtu.be/VV_18AdsIUs, sparking euphoria across the continent with various Radio and TV stations in many countries dropping the song.
In an interview with earGROUND’s Plot Mhako the group revealed that they will soon release their collaboration with Jah Prayzah.
This is part of their Jamaica and Africa collaboration drive as they have worked together with Diamond Platnumz and StoneBwoy before.
This will be a major score for Jah Prayzah and Zimbabwe as it puts our music on the global spot.
“Morgan Heritage and the XTM family have always had a connection. My dad Philip “Fatis” Burrell produced tracks for Morgan Heritage as well as their younger siblings LMS. I’m privileged to have produced this track Just A Number and I am really excited for its release” says Kareem ‘Remus’ Burrell.
“Just A Number is an awareness anthem, which sparks the conversation around a much- needed topic surrounding the unfortunate reality of how one can jeopardize their legacy or financial accomplishments one has worked so hard to achieve because of something their person views or opinions.”

“As students of history, we learned about brutal figures, and we’d like to start a conversation about today’s news makers and ensure the youths don’t make the same mistake’s” says Morgan Heritage.
