Popular radio personality Kudzai Violet Gwara is now a proud home owner after she acquired a one bedsitter at Millennium Heights Estate in Borrowdale.
The estate owned by West Property Company, is exclusive up market area offering residential accommodation from bedsitter/studio to 3 bedroomed apartments.
“I was not ready to post these pictures on Tuesday because it felt unreal . . . A girl like me being asked to stand in front of people as the guest of honour, a girl like me becoming a home owner in Borrowdale!! This is what KVG has done for Vhai for Kudzi . . .@westpropertyzimbabwe what more can I say. Thank you for putting value on my Brand @kensharpezim I am truly humbled Sir thank you so much Chef,” she wrote on her social media.
The Star FM 326 drive time radio hostess also thanked her fans.
“And thank you, yes you, my number 1 cheerleader when I’m on and off air,” she said.
Apparently, KVG as she is lovingly called on radio is the band ambassador for West Property Zimbabwe.
The Millennium Heights Estate comprises multiple level and different modern designed blocks of flats which will be complemented with gated and guarded 24hr security with CCTV, high fibre internet, back up water and power, as well as LPG gas.
The first block comprises of 24 units including KVG’s apartment, a mix of bedsitters, 1 bed and 2 bed apartments.
According to KVG she will complete the apartment with customized furniture and fittings.
Added to this, the estate will have a number of recreational areas with the main club house comprising of café, meeting rooms, gym, prayer room; and outdoor recreational areas such as tennis courts, children area, play area, barbeque area and botanic garden with walk paths.
