South Korean Embassy will on Friday 18 November host a Film Screenings for some of the best crime and action films to date.
The film screening starts at 16.30 hours at Ster-Kinekor Movies at the Sam Levy’s Village in Borrowdale.
Attendance is strictly by invitation.
In the offing are two great films Nameless Gangster: Rules of the Time directed by Jong-bin Yoon.
The film stars popular Korean actors Choi Min-sik, HaJung-woo and Cho Jin-woong.
Nameless Gangster: Rules of the Time, is a crime/drama. On the verge of being fired, a corrupt customs official finds a haul of drugs and teams up with a vicious gangster to become the most powerful crime partnership in Busan.
The second film is called Assassination, a 2015 production directed by Choi Dong-hoon.
According to synopsis online, a group of Korean resistance fighters working in China have a plan to assassinate a highly ranked Japanese officer. Their plan involves breaking a sniper out of prison, but they also need to deal with a traitor in their midst.
This is a film screening to be missed especially on these rainy days in the capital Harare.
