Mutare, Manicaland — Presidential Advisor Paul Tungwarara has been honoured by the Manicaland Province Student Chapter of Boyz Dzamudhara for his outstanding contribution to national empowerment initiatives and his commitment to the principle of “Leaving No One Behind” in the pursuit of Vision 2030.
In recognition of his dedication, the students presented Advisor Tungwarara with a greenhouse and a portrait of him — symbolic tokens representing growth, prosperity, and appreciation for his tireless efforts in advancing inclusive economic opportunities across Zimbabwe.
The students praised Tungwarara’s unwavering focus on ensuring that all citizens, particularly the youth, have access to initiatives that enable them to “put money in their pockets”, thereby contributing to national development and economic self-reliance.
Speaking at the event, Advisor Tungwarara urged beneficiaries of empowerment programs to uphold unity, loyalty, and integrity in the implementation of government initiatives.
“Never judge each other,” he said. “These funds come from His Excellency and are meant to empower everyone.
“This empowerment is for all — no one should be left behind. But I am concerned that some people come to betray others.
Never betray anyone, because His Excellency is not betraying anyone. Let’s love one another and grow together as a nation.”
He emphasized that the empowerment drive is designed to strengthen communities and contribute to President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s vision of building an upper-middle-income economy by 2030.
“We are fighting for development,” Tungwarara added. “No one should pull this down. This program is meant to help and lift everyone, fulfilling the President’s vision.”
During the ceremony, eight affiliate groups received US$20,000 each as part of the Manicaland Revolving Fund Initiative, which aims to boost local enterprise and economic inclusion.

The revolving fund is designed to support entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods across the province, fostering grassroots development and empowering community-based organizations.
The event, held at Moffat Hall in Manicaland on November 2, was attended by several dignitaries, including ZANU PF National Political Commissar Cde Munyaradzi Machacha and Hon.
Misheck Mugadza, Minister of Provincial Affairs and Devolution for Manicaland and Member of Parliament for Mutasa South Constituency.
Both leaders commended Advisor Tungwarara for his ongoing efforts to translate the national vision into tangible empowerment programs that directly benefit citizens.
The portrait presented by the student chapter will be displayed in Tungwarara’s office as a symbol of appreciation for his leadership, commitment, and contribution to national development.
