ZBFH to VIRTUALLY end queues at service centres

ZB Financial Holdings has unveiled International Virtual Service Centre in Harare which is essentially a one stop shop for all ZB products.

This means that the IVSC offers more than just banking as it allows customers to virtually access banking, insurance and investments services just by a phone call, email, WhatsApp or message.

Added to this customer can as well use the toll-free numbers Econet 08080555, NetOne 08010555 an TelOne 08004555.

“This is just to mention but a few of what is offered through our IVSC,” ZBFH group chief executive office Shepherd Fungura said.

“For us as ZB, the IVSC is a critical channel through which we get feedback. Feedback is the basis that we use to measure our service. We take feedback very seriously because we highly prioritise excellent service to our customer. It is our sincere hope that we change people’s live through our service.”

The IVSC has well skilled and experienced agents who are available around the clock too attend to among other things: Customer queries, enquiries and complaints, customer listening-listening to customer views through listening channels including the social media space and website.

Over and above attending to customer queries, the IVSC also provides; underwriting and claims services for the ZB Cash Funeral, on boarding of customers for banking, investments and insurance solutions inclusive of micro loans, mortgages etc.

It would also provide business process outsourcing (BPO) services where outsource contact centre services to other local, regional and international organisations.
