Fast moving business magnet Kenneth Sharpe has lured another Ukrainian, this time its joining forces in a business partnership to establish a property development company from West Group called West Property Group.
Ukrainian entrepreneur Oleksandr Sheremet has been in business for a while and Mr Sharpe indicated that their vision is to bring significant development within the urban Zimbabwe.
‘’The vision is to become the leading customer centric developer of exceptional properties in Zimbabwe,” he said.
‘’In 1994, I decided at the age of 21 and explained to my newly wedded bride that we would own 5 properties in different countries so that when we retire, we could live in one or two of them and rent the others out for a passive income.
“Little did I realise that 13 years later this vision will grow to West Property Group,” Mr Sharpe said.
