Floyd Mayweather Jnr who was expected to arrive this evening at the Robert Gabriel Mugabe Airport aboard his private jet is now expected Thursday.
According to Nikki, a publicist handling the Money Man affairs in Zimbabwe, the postponement was due to bad weather.
“Well, Floyd Mayweather will not be landing this evening due to bad weather so we only expect him tomorrow (Thursday) morning,” she said.
The Money Man as Mayweather is known in some circles is on a Motherland Tour which will take him to Zimbabwe and South Africa among other African countries.
It is likely that he will be accompanied by some members of The Money Team.
A top-drawer dinner will be held tomorrow for invited guests at a venue still to be advised.
Also part of The Money Man’s itinerary includes the handover ceremony of a boxing ring in Mabvuku where Zanu PF aspiring MP Pedzisayi Scott Sakupwanya is vying for a parliamentary seat.
