Step Up Campaign to end on Dstv

March 31 sees the end of DStv Zimbabwe’s three-month Step Up campaign, in which customers on the DStv Access, Family and Compact packages can qualify for a free additional package upgrade.

Liz Dziva, publicity and public relations manager of MultiChoice Zimbabwe, said the campaign had proved popular and had given many customers unique access to higher packages at no cost to themselves.

“Step Up has given customers who upgrade to the next highest package a further boost, linking them to an even higher package at no additional cost, with all that means in terms of stepping up to more channels and more entertainment,” she said.

“Although times are challenging for a great many people, we felt it should not mean customers should miss out on some amazing information, education and entertainment opportunities, so we facilitated this free access to higher packages, and I am glad to say it has been popular.”

In terms of how Step Up works, DStv customers on the Access, Family and Compact bouquets upgrade to the package above their current one and MultiChoice then hikes them to the one above that package.

The offer ends on March 31 and is still open to active, disconnected and new DStv Access, Family and Compact customers, but they need to become active to qualify.
