The internet has officially lost its cool.
Miss Universe Zimbabwe sent shockwaves across social media this week after unveiling the Top 18 contestants who are now one step closer to the crown.
From Facebook debates to TikTok breakdowns and Twitter (X) fire emojis, Zimbabweans can’t stop talking.
And honestly? Who can blame them?
With a sea of hopefuls vying for the slot, fans have been hotly debating how the organisers managed to whittle down the list to just 18. But one thing everyone agrees on: Zimbabwe is overflowing with beauty, grace, and star quality. Every finalist more than deserves her spot.
Drumroll, please… Meet the Top 18:
Jemina Mandemwa, Mona-Lisa Dube, Kudzaishe Mwamuka, Roseanna Hall, Ruvimbo Njomboro, Charmaine Mabvundwe, Nomaqhikiza Mokoni, Cheryl Sambadzai, Adelle Chinamasa, Tatenda Madzinga, Shelly Bent, Kuvakwashe Mujakachi, Malaika Mushandu, Paris Huni, Sindiso Ndlovu, Nicole Nyawera, Virginia Nyambe, and Brunette Makanyiso.
But wait — there’s a plot twist.
This year’s pageant just went next-level. Hosting the grand finale? None other than Zozibini Tunzi — former Miss Universe, global icon, and South Africa’s pride.
“Mhoroi, Zimbabwe! I’m so excited to share that I will be hosting Miss Universe Zimbabwe Grand Finale on the 6th of June. It’s my first time visiting the country and I couldn’t be happier to do it on stage with impeccable young women. See you there!” Zozibini posted on her official Facebook page.
Cue the screams.
The grand finale is set for 6 June 2026 at the Hippodrome in Harare, and if the social media buzz is anything to go by, tickets will vanish faster than a trending meme.
Expect glitz, glamour, tears, triumphs, and a host who needs no introduction. Zimbabwe, mark your calendars. The queens are coming.
