Zimbabwean contemporary star – Roki — has ignited fire on his latest hit single Moto featuring a glut of talented artists the likes of Mr Brown, Janta MW, Airburn Sounds and Skylar.
Released under Passion Java Records, definitely this is a sure fire hit at so many levels.
Firstly, Roki and Mr Brown have so much chemistry and whenever they collaborate you are assured of a sure fire hit.
Secondly, Roki has proved to all and sundry that you really don’t have to listen to haters no matter how much shade or spice they throw at you.
Previously, there have been reports that Roki had burn out but NO! He still got a whole lot of music to dish out and this perhaps, is just the tip of the iceberg of his blossom career ever since he signed to Passion Java Records.
And it will be unfair for anyone let alone his contemporaries to rule Roki out especially when he takes a deserved breather on the mainstream music scene.
All the collaborators on Moto have added their own flair which made the track all the more appealing couple by interesting visuals where every other artists just flexes their muscle.
The song is low on lyrics but heavy on the dance which is what perhaps the amapiano fans like it.
From start to finish when you hear Moto when Roki waxes lyrical to Mr Brown, Skylar on the hook you feel the vibe and dance to it.
There is no doubt that Roki is still the same and his consistency is seen throughout especially now that he is churning out hits from Mjolo featuring Zanda Zakuza to Moto.
And the one good thing is that each song has an accompanying video which is the trend nowadays.
I would vouch for Roki at any given time because he is talented!
