South Korean clergyman Reverend Ock Soo Park who was in Harare recently delivered one of his moving public lectures in Zimbabwe focusing on Mindest Education based on the Bible.
Rev Park who is the founder of the International Youth Fellowship (IYF) for Youth Mind was welcomed in Harare by Primary and Secondary Education Minister Evelyn Ndlovu.
The public lecture held at the Celebration Centre was attended by guests from not only the IYF but across denominations as people gathered to hear nuggets of wisdom from Rev Park, who turned out to be a great storyteller and teacher.
Also as part of the proceedings was the Gracias Choir which performed live at the event. The choir raised the spirits with its own Shona songs which delighted the congregants.
The public lecture was broadcast by 661 channels in 125 countries across the world.
IYF is a global youth non-governmental organisation founded on Christian values, which was founded in 2001.
Reverend Park who authored 74 book is on a global tour to spread the gospel of changing mind-sets to overcome challenges and change lives for the better.
Prior to visiting Zimbabwe, he was in Malawi and Zambia, where he met the countries’ respective Heads of State.
