Ngoma Nehosho who are bringing UB40 featuring Ali Campbell to Harare have debunked reports doing the rounds that the group will use backtracks.
In a post via Capitalk 100.4FM Facebook page, the organisers said: “Ignore the rumours this performance is a FULL BAND SET as you would see it anywhere in the world.”
The organisers have also released the programme so that music lovers will not miss a thing come May 25, a day commonly known as Africa Day.
The show is slated for Old Hararians Sports Club and gates open at 4:30pm.
The first performance starts at 5pm with DJ Chiwedaar rocking the decks with a cool mix of trending music.
Then Mimmie Tarukwana hits the stage at 6pm before Josh Ansley takes the gig further from 6:50pm.
Lead guitarist Sylent Nqo is expected on stage at 7:45pm until 8:30pm.
UB40 featuring Ali Campbell then rock the stage from 9pm until 10.30pm

The English reggae and pop band is a favourite of many in Zimbabwe.
Formed in December 1978 in Birmingham, England, UB40 has had more than 50 singles in the UK Singles Chart, and has international success.
They have been nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album four times, and in 1984 were nominated for the Brit Award for Best British Group.
