Harare – A celebration of female artistry is set to take centre stage as Gateway Stream Media and ZAR Events present the Nubian Notes Concert — an all-women musical extravaganza scheduled for November 8 at the Harare International Conference Centre (HICC).
The powerful lineup includes Feli Nandi, Gemma Griffiths, Tamy Moyo, Shashl, and Nisha Ts, promising a night that honours womanhood, creativity, and Zimbabwean music.
“It’s about time we had something like this,” said Gemma Griffiths. “I want people to leave inspired — to feel part of something bold, honest and magical.”
Known for her soulful blend of Afro-fusion and heartfelt lyrics, Tamy Moyo echoed the sentiment. “We’re not just performing. We’re shifting the narrative. This concert is about feminine power — soft, strong, and unapologetic.”
Afro-soul powerhouse Feli Nandi described the show as more than a stage moment. “It’s a statement. Women belong at the front. Expect fireworks — we’re even inviting some male collaborators to join us!”
With roots in jazz, soul, and Zimbabwean traditional music, Feli’s live sets are known for their cultural richness and energy.
Meanwhile, Gemma promises intimate storytelling through song, and Tamy is curating a soulful, emotional experience that “might just bring a few tears.”
