Cairo, Egypt — The Nasser International Forum today announced the opening of applications for the fifth cohort of the prestigious Nasser Fellowship for International Leadership.
Under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the fellowship aims to bring together 150 young, dynamic leaders from across the globe to foster global leadership and development.
Hassan Ghazaly, anthropologist and founder of the Nasser International Forum, outlined the fellowship’s core mission: to empower a diverse range of emerging leaders from the public and private sectors, youth councils, civil society, and academia.
The initiative is especially focused on leaders from Africa, Asia, and Latin America, reflecting Egypt’s Vision 2030 and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
“The Nasser Fellowship is designed to identify and support a distinguished group of young leaders,” Ghazaly said.
“We’re committed to inclusivity, transparency, and ensuring equal opportunities for all, particularly from the Global South.”
Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 40, and will undergo a rigorous selection process based on merit and leadership potential.
The fellowship offers training and resources to help participants grow as leaders and contribute to their countries’ development.
