This year’s Classic263 Radio Steppers Fan Club Get Together went a higher notch up when the organisers invited USA based Reggae artist King Isaac to perform.
It was a memorable experience as King Issac belted some of his best tunes including the recent duet, he did with Jamaican Reggae legendary Chaka Demus titled The Score and the recently top hit Uye Uye.
Speaking at the annual mid- year Get Together where Classic263 Radio Fan Club share notes on Old Skool music, the Club’s Patron, Mr Meron Mushayavanhu said the event was a success as it united all music lovers and those who love the music of King Isaac. Members came as far as Hwange, Bulawayo, Inyathi, Mutare, Kadoma, Chiredzi, Gweru, and Masvingo.
Steppers Radio Fan Club Get Together Chairman, Givemore Manatsa thanked the Steppers President Terrence Mapurisana for unifying adult contemporary fans through his radio programming on Classic263 Weekend Radio saying music unites people, especially the Reggae Talk Program every Sunday as music fans came to celebrate the goodness of life through old school music.
King Isaac said it was a great honour and privilege performing in front of the Steppers crowd live in the capital at Theatre in The Park Stage.
