Delta Corporation assists Danhiko Annual Paralympic Games

Delta Corporation will continue working with the community an official said at the weekend during Danhiko Annual Paralympic Games.

Speaking at the event held on Saturday, Delta Corporation General Manager – Corporate Affairs, Patricia Murambinda said Delta was an integral part of the Zimbabwean community and as such it would continue to value its role in uplifting the lives of people and extending a much needed helping hand to the needy.

She said numerous charities and individuals and other deserving cases have over the years benefited from Delta’s generosity.

“Beneficiaries cut across the whole spectrum of Zimbabwean society ranging from old people’s homes, children’s homes, sporting organisations, small to medium scale enterprises amongst others and today the Danhiko community, a community that caters for people living with disability.

“This shows the commitment Delta has on diversity and inclusion in mainstream sport. I would like to congratulate you all on the official hosting of the paralympic games,” Murambinda said.

“May this day mark the beginning of a new era in the games in this community and may it inspire more initiatives to improve the institution.

“This community are our future and investing in their games is investing in the future.

Delta aspires for a Better World by contributing to making a difference in the communities that it operates in.

“We believe in a Brighter, Better, Thriving and Growing society. As a good corporate citizen, Delta will continue to work with the community.”
