Charly Black Confirmed for Bhanditi Festival – He’s Ready to Wreck the Stage

Get ready, dancehall fans—Charly Black is coming back to light up the City Sports Centre.

The Jamaican hitmaker has officially confirmed he will headline the highly anticipated Bhanditi Festival on 2 May 2026, and if his past performance is anything to go by, this one’s going to be explosive.

This marks Charly Black’s return to the very venue where he once sent thousands of young fans into a frenzy. Known worldwide for the smash anthem “Gyal You A Party Animal,” he’s promising nothing less than mayhem.

But he won’t be alone. Sharing the spotlight is Seh Calaz, the man behind the Bhanditi Festival and a heavyweight in his own right.

In a fired-up video promo, Charly Black urged fans to grab their tickets early, warning that this show is heading for a complete sellout. “You don’t want to be outside looking in,” he said.

Organised by Chipaz Promotions, the festival is set to be a one-night-only dancehall explosion, with several top Zimbabwean dancehall artists also taking their shot at the mic.

Tickets are already moving fast. First-phase prices are set at US10 for general entry, US20 for VIP, and US$50 for VVIP.

If the lineup and the hype are anything to go by, 2 May 2026 is shaping up to be a serious date for dancehall lovers.
