Singer and songwriter — Rachel J — is now a mother after she was blessed with a bouncing baby girl.
The Hallelujah singer has been posting pictures of her baby bump during her trimester alongside her beau Jonah Chivasa.
In an exclusive interview with Gem Nation News, Rachel J could not hide her elation.
“Well, I am enjoying motherhood and it is something I would do again. I love kids and she is so cute,” she said with a chuckle.
The baby arrived weighing 2.7kg and is named Eden Dawn. She is the third after Scarlet and Najah.
Despite pregnancy, Rachel J never took a break from her duties as a businesswoman.
In fact, she and Jonah have been working on each other’s projects including her upcoming track #StrongBlackMan, which has since become a movement of some sort.
She also co-directed Jonah’s latest video simply titled Fevha in which stars in the video while heavily pregnant.
Apparently, Fevha is one of Jonah’s biggest hits considering he went outside the box and tapped into Afro-beat.
The two lovebirds display so much chemistry on and off the stage in a way that would turn American rapper Jay Z and Beyonce green with envy.
The question many are asking is can Rachel J and Jonah become the IT couple of Zimbabwe.
Well, of course they are showing no signs of slowing down.
