Harare – Renowned Zimbabwean storyteller Larry Kwirirayi is crafting an exciting new play set to debut at Theatre in the Park in the second quarter of 2025.
This marks his first collaboration with the iconic venue, blending Kwirirayi’s sharp social commentary with the theatre’s mission to showcase innovative, locally-driven productions.
Known for his compelling narratives, Kwirirayi promises a story that delves into the complexities of contemporary Zimbabwe. Fans and theatre-goers alike can expect a thought-provoking and original performance.
“We’ve long hoped to work with Larry, and we’re thrilled to finally have him write for us,” said Theatre in the Park Director Daves Guzha.
