Leading private hospital group — Corporate 24 — have come up with yet another innovative service called Dial a Script which is essentially a virtual healthcare product that uses digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, Website, applications and Voice Calls to connect the patient to the service provider without onsite visit. Dial a Script is open to anyone whether you are on medical aid or not. To access the service you do not need to make any payments for user fees or joining fees. However you can pay for your requested service via available payment platforms like Ecocash, Paynow for local cards, Visa, Mastercard. Outside of this latest innovation, there are also other services that include the Ngile Plan or Ndine Plan medical aid services that cover previously marginalized groups including senior citizens aged between 55 to 70.
This is another first and uniquely at Corporate 24 whereby clients also need not worry about copayments and shortfalls.
To cap it all, Corporate 24 now boast state-of-the-art dental unit comprising portable digital imaging machines.
The new machines allow for easy and timeous imaging in record time for patients seeking dental services.

GNN: How can the diasporan market benefit from Dial a Script?
MJ: The diasporans no longer need to send money for medical expenses directly to their families. They can simply book appointments for consultation on behalf of family, get a picture of the prescription or Laboratory request and make a payment on our visa or Mastercard platforms. Beneficiary will be able to consult, get delivery of their medication and lab samples collection from their doorstep.
GNN: Can I order prescriptions from other doctors who are not from Corporate 24?
MJ: Prescriptions from any registered doctor will be accepted. It doesn’t matter that the doctor is not based at Corporate 24.
GNN: If I pay and then consult the doctor and I am told that my illness needs me to come to the hospital do I get a refund?
MJ: According to our refund policy you will not be refunded but however when you come with the same patient to Corporate 24 as advised during the tele-consult we will not recharge you consultation fees.
GNN: What happens if my prescription is below $10?
MJ: Prescriptions below $10 are not eligible for delivery. However we will charge you the minimum order amount which is $10 regardless of your order being say $7 if you want to benefit from our delivery service. It is not sustainable for us to deliver a script worth $2.
GNN: If I call in with an emergency requesting to consult urgently do I jump the queue.
MJ: It is difficult to judge the nature of emergencies via voice call, otherwise everyone will just say theirs is an emergency so what we do is we will not jump the queue for you. Instead we will advise you to come physically to Corporate 24 because, Dial a Script is not for emergencies.
GNN: Can I order prescriptions for someone else?
MJ: Yes you can order prescriptions for other people let’s say your mother, you just need to have a pic of the prescription and the delivery address.
GNN: Can I consult on behalf of someone?
MJ: You can only consult on behalf of a minor not for an adult. For adults who can’t communicate it’s already an emergency they have to be brought in for assistance.
GNN: For how long can I hire an air concentrator?
MJ: You can hire an air concentrator for as long you can pay the rental fees.
GNN: Do you accept medical aid for Dial a Script Services?
MJ: Yes all medical aids are accepted for all services on Dial a Script ,that is for consultation, prescription drugs and Lab tests ,however home visits and rental of equipment are on a cash basis.
GNN: Is the Dial a Script service limited to Corporate 24 medical aid members only and do I need to pay anything for me to access it?
