CAPTION: A group of African journalists and media personalities who are part of “The True Zimbabwe Tour” today met President Mnangagwa at state house. The group was invited to visit Zimbabwe by Ministry of Information working together with the Media Company MPC. Participants came from Malawi, Zambia, Mozambique, Lesotho, Namibia, Botswana, Eswatini, Tanzania and South Africa. Notable among the group are South Africans Sello Maake kaNcube who acted as Achie Moroka in popular soap Generations, Sonia Mbele as well as television personality Pearl Thusi. The True Zimbabwe Tour started in Victoria Falls and will end in Harare on 12 August 2023.
