CAPTION STORY: Harare’s top club DJ — Iroq — has hinted at Jah Prayzah’s upcoming album. The album tentatively titled Gwara a word for coward in Shona or could also mean direction in the same language. DJ Iroq who was once part of Jah Prayzah’s music stable Military Touch Movement took to his official Tinotenda Ishe Facebook page and posted a picture of the two during a listening session.
“Jah Prayzah new album exclusive listening session. Mmmm mozozvionera moga inini I just can’t kakata. #GWARA” he wrote.
Some of the Facebook users expressed excitement saying they could not wait to hear what the Porovhoka singer has up his sleeves this time around. The album is due out this winter in July.
