Castle Lager’s iconic National Braai Festival returns with a bang this year, celebrating 10 years of braai, beats, and beer — and it’s moving to a bigger venue: Harare’s Glamis Arena on October 18, 2025.
Previously held at Old Hararians Sports Club — where stars like South Africa’s Kamo Mphela and Winky D lit up the stage — this year’s festival is leveling up with a high-energy buildup: the Micro Castle Lager Braai Tour, a 10-city roadshow that brings the party to fans across Zimbabwe.
Each weekend, the tour will fire up Zimbabwe’s hottest braai spots with sizzling grills, ice-cold Castle Lager, and live performances from top artists and DJs. The aim? To ignite a nationwide celebration of music, food, and community.
“We’re not just marking a decade of braai — we’re celebrating 130 years of brewing excellence and togetherness,” said Delta Corporation Marketing Director Irimayi Muzorewa.
“The braai culture is about friends, music, and unforgettable memories. We wanted to take that energy across the country and give back in a meaningful way.”
And give back they will: Castle Lager is donating 10 modern hospital beds to a local hospital in each tour city, showing appreciation to the communities that have supported the brand for generations.
Each stop on the Micro Braai Tour promises full-scale entertainment, with music legends, high-energy DJs, and surprise guest appearances fueling the fun.
The celebration culminates at Glamis Arena for a grand finale packed with fireworks, food trucks, local and international acts, and the signature Castle Lager National Braai vibe that’s become a national tradition.
