Musician — Poptain — has gone a level up on Bhurugwa, his latest song in which he sends out a positive message to his fans.
On Bhurugwa, it is clear Poptain has seen the benefits of singing a lot of positives. He is singing against those who indulge in multiple sexual partners.
Although he doesn’t say it explicitly, he makes reference to it when he talks about Bhurugwa, panties or underwear.
He warns that: “Shamwari madiro aunoita bhurugwa uchiti handikendenge . . . life haitengeke.”
Music-wise, the production of the song is enjoyable and danceable. It has tha crossover feel to it which again makes it a hit.
There is no denying that Poptain has found a formula to making hit songs. If you listen to Fadza Mutengi a collabo with Allanah and then the follow up single Kokai alongside Nutty O.
So the journey to stardom is imminent and for as long as he is consistent Poptain is destined for success.
That said, the video which is presented by Creative Kulture and produced by An Edible Elevens Production, has taken his craft to another level.
The video has no booty shaking vixens or butt naked dancers, it is just Poptain and his friends perhaps driving the top of the range lambos.
The simplicity of the video also makes it all the more enjoyable and it places focus on Poptain, the man himself.
Of course, there is great camera work put in but again it adds value to the whole vibe.
No doubt there is more to expect from Poptain especially now that he signed to Africori Music Company it remains to be seen whether or not he will keep the momentum. Otherwise he is making music not just for himself but the world at large.
